Is your website safe?

Yes, our website is extremely safe. You will see a padlock icon in the status bar in your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection for our entire website as well as the checkout process and that all information entered will be encrypted. Credit card payments are handled by third party companies (PayPal & Amazon Payments).

 

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE delivery on all our items which are delivered in the UK. We also offer additional elivery option which can be found on our deliveries page, please click this link to find out more. We also offer FREE returns on all damaged and unwanted items.

 

I have a damaged item, how do I return it?

We ask that you communicate this to us within 14 working days from receipt of your delivery so that we can arrange a return. Please state whether you wish to return or exchange the item in your communication to us via our Contact us page or email us on info@uniqueinteriorchic.co.uk Unique Interior Chic will arrange collection of faulty or returned items free of charge and at your convenience. We will offer you a refund provided items are returned to us in perfect condition, clearly unused and in their original packaging.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 24 hours, delivery will be within 2-3 working days from the day your order is dispatched if you select our free delivery option.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We have several options for paying by debit/credit card or PayPal. You can also use our PayPal payment to pay with your credit card if you prefer.

If you would rather make a bank transfer, we offer this as an option.

 

Do I need PayPal account to make payment

No, you can pay as a guest if you don’t have a Paypal account.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift box sets which can be viewed on the following link. If you require one of our gift boxes for a specific item, please contact us on info@uniqueinteriorchic.co.uk or alternatively you can use our contact us page.

 

Can I collect?

Yes, we offer collection, you can select this option when completing your order. We are based in Doncaster

 

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email from us with your order details, this will be your order confirmation. Once your order is packed and ready for despatch you will receicve another email confirmation advising your order is complete.

 

What communication will I have with you until I receive my order?

You will receive an email from us acknowledging your order, and this will be your order confirmation.

You will then receive an email from our payment service provider acknowledging payment.

Once your order has been completed you will receive a further email advising your order has been dispatched.

 

Will my delivery require a signature?

Small parcel don’t require a signature but larger parcel require a signature.

An alternative delivery address can be entered (i.e. workplace, neighbour, family, etc.).

If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place, please let us know in the order notes box in the checkout section.

We will not, however, be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.
